Hijacinta Svabelj was born in Croatia, where she graduated journalism from the University of Zagreb. She's been working in print media (including one of the leading weekly magazine in her country) for more than 10 years, starting at her freshman year. In 2010 she discovered the advantages of writing for the online media.
Her favorite topic is the one that she's been writing about the most - movies. Also, it's something she likes to watch when she catches a bit of free time. However, she also enjoys writing about sports, food, healthy lifestyle...
So far her articles in English were published on several blogs. For example, the one about tennis player Goran Ivanisevic, Croatian football legend Robert Prosinecki or about best holiday movies.
